The Nordic One Health and Climate Change Conference
Healthy domestic and wild animals are central to ecosystem health as well as to the physical, mental and economic health of people. We invite you to explore the One health and Climate Change issues around these relationships with a specific focus on the Arctic.

Registration and attendance is free (limited seats available)

Students are encouraged to attend and present (costs of printing posters will be covered for students). 

The goals of this meeting are to:

  1. Contribute to the goals and aims of the ICARP IV process
  2. Build teams to create research, education and outreach programs around One Health and Climate Change.
  3. Improve our research capacity and more effectively promote well-being in the North.
  4. Create long-term funding opportunities through collaboration.
  5. Create working groups around One Health and Climate Change in the Arctic that have set goals andtimelines.

Special Themes (all with an Arctic focus)

  • Zoonotic diseases and antimicrobial resistance
  • Holistic health and well-being
  • Food safety, security, sovereignty, and contaminant monitoring.
  • Climate change
  • One Health in education, science, and communication
