University Board

The Board is responsible for ensuring that the institution maintains a high academic standard and that the university is operated efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and governing rules.

The Board establishes the institution’s strategy, objectives, and performance requirements, and is responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in line with these.

The Board is also responsible for the allocation and management of financial resources, as well as for oversight, control, and reporting.

The chair of the board is Øyvind Fylling-Jensen.
