University Library Nesna

The University Library Nesna is located in Building G, second floor.

The library holds literature covering the academic disciplines taught and researched at the Nesna campus and has a limited number of copies of all course reading materials.

The library offers reading areas, workspaces for group work, and group rooms. If you wish to reserve a group room, please contact the library staff.

In the copy room adjacent to the library, printing, copying, and scanning facilities are available. These services can only be used with a staff or student card. More information about printing is available here.

There is one search terminal in the library. It is intended for simple searches in Oria and similar systems and is not connected to printers.

Loans and returns are registered via the self-service lending machine. Requested books and articles can be collected from the self-service pickup shelves.

We respond to all enquiries at the service desk, by phone, or by email. For extended guidance on literature searching, the use of EndNote, or other library services, please feel free to make an appointment with a librarian. This service is available to all students and staff. You may contact us by email to arrange a meeting.

You may also book a digital consultation with a librarian here.

The library is open to everyone aged 18 and over.
