Responsibilities at Nord University

Acting Faculty Director at the Faculty of Education and Arts (FLU).

As Faculty Director, I lead the faculty's administrative operations and am a member of the faculty management team. My areas of responsibility include governance and management, financial and resource management, organisational and workforce development, administrative services, and the implementation and follow-up of the faculty's strategic processes.

I previously served as Vice-Dean for Education at FLU, with responsibility for the development of the faculty's study portfolio, quality assurance and enhancement, and the strategic development of its educational programmes.

I have leadership and development experience from both the higher education sector and private industry, with particular experience in strategic management, organisational development, change management, educational leadership and institutional governance.
