Kick-off BALANCE+: Diversity and internationalisation at Nord University

Kick-off BALANCE+: Diversity and internationalisation at Nord University
Students and staff are invited to the kick-off of "Balance+: Diversity and Internationalisation at Nord University – Work Inclusion and Career Development".

Nord University has launched a project aimed at promoting ethnic diversity among its employees. The project will focus on developing measures to improve conditions for work inclusion and career development for employees with a foreign background.

The kick-off event will take place on September 23, from 12:00 to 14:30, in Auditorium 1 (Knut Hamsun).

This is an open event for all employees and students. We particularly encourage employees, including PhD research fellows, with a foreign or international background, as well as leaders at all levels, to participate.

Through interactive group work, we hope to gain valuable perspectives, knowledge, and input that will be instrumental to the project's success.
