You can find your submitted exams in WISEflow/Inspera as long as you are an active student.
WISEflow:
Log in to WISEflow. You can find your submitted exam under "Participant Archive".
Inspera:
Log in to Inspera. You can find your submitted exam in Inspera under «Previous tests».
Normally, you can access your submitted exam immediately after the exam is over. In some situations your submission will not become available (for example if the exam includes a multiple choice test that will be reused).
Notice that access to Inspera and WISEflow requires an active student status at Nord University. You must download your submissions and save them outside the system. You will have access to Nord's Microsoft Office applications for 60 days after your right to study has ended.
