What the access card is for
The access card provides you with access to the campus and can be used as a library card. The card is also used for printing and copying.
Student ID
The access card alone is not valid as a student ID. In addition you will need either a digital student ID or a confirmation of enrollment as a student.
How to order an access card
Activate your account and order an access card through the Self-Service Portal. Click "My Account".
Upload a photo that meets the requirements, create a PIN code, and order the card.
Collect your card from self-service kiosk
You can collect your card from one of our self-service kiosks.
You can use the card to access doors immediately. If you require special access (for example, to a laboratory or music room), please contact your course coordinator or supervisor.
You can use the card on the printers no later than the following day.
Lost your access card?
Please contact Campusservice if you have lost your access card or it has stopped working. Campusservice can find out what is wrong with the card or block it.
