Access abroad

If you are traveling to one of the following countries at risk, you need to send in a form:

Belarus, Hongkong, Iran, North Korea, Ukraine, Russia, China

To request 30 days of access from abroad, you must login to the access portal for Nord.

If you already are abroad, you must choose 'Login with ID-Porten' to access this site.

If you do not have access to ID-Porten, contact IT at ithelpdesk@nord.no or 75 51 74 00.

Select 'Catalog' from the left-hand menu, choose 'Travel outside EU/EEA and the United Kingdom'. Tick the option and click 'Request'.

It may take up to an hour for the change to take effect, but you should now have access to log in from restricted countries for 30 days.

If your trip lasts longer than 30 days, you must apply again before the period expires, or log in using ID-Porten to re-register.
