Practical Estate Agency Brokerage I

The course provides a basic introduction to real estate practice, including signing contracts, contract execution, appraisal / valuation, forced sales. Site visits will be arranged, and one or more guest lectures from branch members will be held.
The course is only open for students on the program Bachelor in Real Estate.
Successful completion of this course provides the following knowledge and skills:
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of implementation of a real estate commission.
- Knowledge of basic concepts and terminology related to real estate
- Knowledge of the various phases of a real estate contract and the requirements in this regard made to the broker by law, regulations and the remaining legal basis
Skills
- Be able to apply scientific knowledge to practical and theoretical issues related to the implementation of a real estate commission.
Paid semester fee and syllabus literature. It is also required that students have a laptop at their disposal.
The study programme is evaluated annually by students by way of course evaluation studies. These evaluations are included in the university's quality assurance system.
